Bug Report (status-completed)
Go to a tag page, for example this one.
You will see a question, such as this:
Find the vote and answer count on the left.
Click the vote count.
You will then get a message in the error console that says Post ID not found! Please report this at http://stackapps.com/q/3082/9699
So now I'm reporting it.
Know a fix that should be included in SOUP (or an issue that could be fixed)? List it here.
Plans for the long-term future of SOUP 2.0:
Break up the monolithic SOUP.user.js file into multiple files, separating the actual fixes from the framework and metadata. Use a (Perl?) build script to assemble the pieces into the ...
StackEye v2.0 brings another great feature viz Follow users on all StackExchange sites. Just go to the profile page of the user and click Follow and there you go.
All the Jon Skeet's fans, this feature is for you. Follow him and get informed of all the posts made by him. Keep learning from his great answers and questions. There are too many experts out ...
Is this app still working?
I installed pidgin, added my gtalk account and included email@example.com in the contact list, then I started following the [java] tag, but I'm not getting any alerts even if new java questions are asked.
Am I missing anything?
Bug Report (status-completed)
This script is no longer working as of yesterday (12/20/2018) for me on any SE site, it looks like StackExchange redesigned the voting buttons. Clicking on the score of a post now has no effect whatsoever. I'm using Chrome 71 on Windows 10 if it matters.
It looks like this script was broken by the same UI change that made the ...
Browser specific issues
Note: These issues mainly apply to older versions of the Opera browser. Since version 15, Opera has switched to the the Blink rendering engine also used by Chrome, so some of these issues may be gone (but some of the Chrome-specific issues listed below may apply instead). More testing is needed.

Bug report (status-completed)
It doesn't work for the new Stack Overflow em Português.
The following @match entries in the script:
// @match http://stackoverflow.com/questions/*
// @match http://meta.stackoverflow.com/questions/*
// @match http://stackoverflow.com/review/*
// @match http://meta.stackoverflow.com/review/*
It would be really nice if somebody could rewrite this as a Greasemonkey script using Desktop Notifications, so that I could use this with Firefox.
In case that last part left you thinking that there's something wrong with me, take a look at this. :)
Please allow disabling of specific fixes; even a textbox that lets me add fix names per line would be helpful.
This would let me remove fixes I'd not want applied on a case by case basis. Sometimes, I want to make sure that a specific fix doesn't accidentally make it harder for me to understand another user's view on the site, and sometimes ...
I tried the extension now for a few days and generally I did not have experienced any failures (+1).
When I enter a MathJax heavy chatroom I might not want all the code to be rendered immediately (it can be a bit annoying). Sometimes I just want to leave a short message and go my merry way again. I don't need the code to be rendered then.
I'd like to have ...
You're abusing a browser action button. If you want to have an option page, just define it in your manifest as an option page. What you have now is an option page hidden behind a browser action button... :S
Try updating the css live. Not sure how your code works, but it makes it far easier to understand what various features do and if you're properly saving ...
I have using this for a long time , but I'm not getting any notifications now . I have tried with several tags no luck . I'm on Windows 7, chrome version Version 30.0.1599.69 .
And also I tried re installing...
Bug: You didn't escape the title's HTML.
I've been using this plugin for a long time, just noticed it today. The title was "How to add general keyword to <select> ..." I think it will break too on other tags.
I think you should make a fix.
As you can see, I think the <ul> <li> situation in the plugin have too much of a ...
You can actually just pass in window.location.hostname directly:
This parameter can be the full domain name (ie. "stackoverflow.com"), or a short form identified by api_site_parameter on the site object.
Since the site does not provide the short form to you directly anywhere, going the full hostname route is probably your best bet.
SOUP for Chrome Install Test
The owner of SOUP made an install guide in a comment on this post.
I'll include it here for more attention, but if you upvote this, you should upvote that comment as well.
Just for clarity, note that the official SOUP Chrome extension does not display this notice. The easiest way to tell that the SOUP extension is installed ...
The interface doesn't close when pressing on the "give explicit write access", which is inconsistent with the behavior of the other buttons upon being pressed. It is also not clear if this worked or not, as there is no feedback and you need to go into the rooms info to make sure it indeed worked
Sorry all, I closed the site.
This was taking way too much space on my server's hard disk and I felt the burden on SO servers was ridiculous for such a tiny amount of users (this never took off).
The source is still available for anyone interested.
Hope you're still updating this...
I'm on the latest version 1.0.18 and using Chrome 65.0.3325.181 on Win 10. The latest update to Chrome extensions has caused a possible bug in the options page of this extension. See screenshot:
There are more options below "HamStare", but they are inaccessible. A scroll bar is not there as well.
I suspect this is ...
As you're saying the Chrome extension is just opening the webpage, here's a bookmarklet to do the same for those not using Chrome.
var id = location.href.match(/http:\/\/stackoverflow\.com\/questions\/(\d+)/);
window.open('http://stackoverride.no-ip.org/rank/' + id);
alert('Works for question URLs ...
