"What is meta" should be rephrased
Stackapps.com/help/whats-meta tells that there is "Meta Stack Apps". However there isn't.
Stack Apps is its own meta and meta is used to ask meta questions here.

Currently the first link in the FAQ points to http://dev.stackapps.com/?tab=apps. It should link to https://stackapps.com/?tab=apps.
