About

A dashboard with interactive plots and various statistics for Mathematics site.

  • Watch this week's top users race in real time! What does it take to win: answers, questions or bounties?
  • Lament the decline of user participation over years... Have all the best questions been asked and answered?
  • Envy those who earned all their points by asking questions... Has an average 5K user posted any good answers?
  • See bounties fate statistics... Are bounties used to attract others to one's own question or as altruistic gifts?
  • Read my comments and thoughts on the above topics.

Contact

You can leave feedback here, in this thread. To contact me, please visit https://se-dashboard.click/about-me

Please reach out if you have an idea or a request for some fancy stats or analysis, which cannot be easily done using SEDE, SE Dump or API. I have spun up my own little analytics database and would be happy to put it to some good use.

Code

I used: Python, Dash (Plotly)/Flask/Gunicorn, Postgres SQL, XML, Apache Arrow/Parquet, pandas, Nginx, Docker, AWS EC2/ECS/RBS/S3.

For a detailed description of how it works, see https://se-dashboard.click/about-project. The code will be released on GitHub in a few hours (6 to 8). Comments, suggestions and contributions would be welcome!

I noticed your remarks wrt Bounties. Did you consider looking at PostNotices for that purpose: data.stackexchange.com/math/query/1897092 ? Commented Apr 19 at 6:34

@rene A very good point, thanks! I guess I overlooked this, because PostNotices is not in the dump. It looks like PostNotices indeed contains enough information about bounties, saving me trouble and providing accurate timestamps. I will revisit this and correct. Many thanks again!
