I do not know what Cdn is. The extension is part of the whole MathJax package. It is probably just a variable that has to be toggled, since it is already available, as the screenshot proves. Thanks for having a look.
@Manishearth The installation is absolutely not the problem. It is a new feature of chrome that hard-disables the script. When I try to run it with tempermonkey, the whole toolbar is gone.
