How can my app authenticate users with only a Stack Overflow account, using the Stack Exchange OAuth API 2.1?
I thought there was no such thing as just Stackoverflow accounts anymore. every user has a stackexchange network account, but can choose which site specific "accounts" they have. The API works on the network account, so even if the user has only ever used stackoverflow they still have a network account and can use the API.

More Global Methods?
do you mean 3x30, or results from each site mixed into one set of 30?

Link field on notification type
Ah right, I was stripping all the HTML, probably should have checked the raw data more thoroughly before posting. But it seems most (if not all) notifications only have one link in them? Would it be possible to add a link field and have it contain the link that is in the body?

Link field on notification type
But why is this inconsistent with many 2.0 items. link was introduced to avoid having to build the URL yourself?

Installing user scripts on site?
Well if they have the same security restrictions, then won't the potential for abuse will be the same? If that's the case then can't the approving be the same as it is now, anything goes apart from malicious scripts. In fact by making them installable on the site stackexchange can then block them, like apps can be blocked by key.
