I have a BS in Domestic Abuse & Crisis Management, was a working from home until 4th of July 2018. A lightning storm had burned up a huge transformer or power station and 100's of "Wi%^#~#'" customers were out of DSL service for weeks. Myself, 11 days. Two hours after the tech installed my new line and modem/router I got an alert that my SS # had just been "pinged". Needless to sY, I'd been hacked, my identity stolen, and my life changed forever. I spent $10,000 trying to fight this very sophisticated hacker, and NOBODY can stop him. He is now my "cyber-stalker" and I've learned a great deal about this method of ha k he is using on me called a " Brute-Force" hack. He uses Stack Exchange, GitHub, Microsoft Management Console, JQuery, JavaScript, PowerShell, sql lie, Azure, and XML-DOM, as well as CSS and Root Certificate Authentications that are fraudulent, then he gives himself extended permissions to write over your windows system processes, services, apps, etc, starting with setting up a remote domain administrator account that wont let you change what he's done or upgrade, or restore your device, He also mirrors your devices from his apple device. He is truly the best anyone has seen to date. By the way, his Signature thumbprint is SHA-1, SHA-256, MD-1, Shadowman, this is what he signs the fraudulent CA's with. If anyone can help me with this hack or knows how to counter this kind of attack, please help me.
