Philip McTigue impresses many with his extensive resume, even after so many accomplishments, and he is still not finished. After serving in the Desert Storm, Philip McTigue then went on to become a member of the Rochester Police Department in the tactical unit. Mr. McTigue was later recruited to a United Nations Special Operations Team as a Team Leader operating in Kosovo in 2001. Then in 2003 Philip spent time in Afghanistan to eliminate funding for terrorist organizations. Upon returning to the US, Philip McTigue went on to earn advanced degrees in education which currently helps him in his present role.
