I am Behzad Rajaei, a PhD candidate in Private Law in Iran and a member of the Central Tehran Bar Association. I have over 25 years of professional experience in Iranian private law, with a focus on contracts, property transactions, and comparative legal studies. My current academic interests include contract theory, the effects of conditions in legal obligations, and the structural differences between common law and civil law systems.On this platform, I try to contribute by sharing insights from both my practice and academic research, while also learning from discussions within the legal community.
