For apps that don't quite work yet, but need a registered Stack Apps post for WRITE ACCESS. If you're following a tutorial which asks to post a placeholder app here to obtain WRITE ACCESS, that's fine, but please delete it after you're done.

My app has to be published first? But it's still under development
Also tag it with placeholder.
And put "PLACEHOLDER - " at the beginning of the title.
Provide a summary of what your app will do. … This has already been done a few times, for example:
"Chatdump - a site monitor (placeholder)"
"A small Stack Overflow browser for Android, for a school project (Placeholder)"
