Title wrapping is now gone. It probably was a layout bug unique to StackApps.

    Update: I can't find my original reference for this and the effect is not consistent across browsers. It's possible that this behavior is a bug limited to this site only. (I remember someone else saying this was a feature. I just can't find or link to it.)
