Stack Exchange network consists of 183 Q&A communities including Stack Overflow, the largest, most trusted online community for developers to learn, share their knowledge, and build their careers.
I'm not sure why this happens, and it's been a while since I tested this script (also too busy to fix it). I suspect the fix can be done by using the improved code for adding buttons to the editor from here, which uses creation callbacks
