Questions with Ignored tags will either be removed or dimmed when you are on one of the question-list pages. Similar but opposite to "Favorite Tags".

How can I get a list of favorite/ignored tags?
No, the API does not provide a method to get the user's question-page, display preferences -- including Favorite or Ignored tags.
