Most of the url are missing the protocol

There was some monkeying around on the backend with URI generation, it's settled down now and this issue was resolved.

stackapps favicon inconsistent rendering

This has been fixed. Mind, anyone who already has the favicon cached naturally won't see it until it falls out of their local cache.

Problems with the Site Icons

You're not using the icons provided by stackauth on non-WebApps pages, thus the break. Also, the icon provided by WebApps is temporary as is... well, nearly everything else about it. … Icons served now have transparent backgrounds. Beta site icons are less... beta-y, but still beta-enough. …
