1.1 sites - SO and MSO
Meta.StackOverflow is a meta in name only. It is not Stack Overflow's meta, at least not from the API's perspective.
Its a tad confusing, I know. Its a consequence of the "per-site meta" concept be …

The /top-answer-tags method is not working
Hmm... subtle.
Looks like, technically, some of the top score you've earned there are on tags that no longer actually exist. I'm filtering those out for the time being (so you look like a user who h …

For example:

up_vote_count": 871,
"down_vote_count": 48,
"accept_rate": 82,

Method /users/{id}/top-answer-tags is returning wrong results
This has been fixed.
There was effectively a missing where clause on that route. Very odd.

Do calls on the 1.1 API and the 2.0 count against each other's limits?
The ip, and user/app-pair quotas are separate in V1.x and V2.0.
The "30 simultaneous requests" throttle is not, as it's a DOS counter measure.

Would implementing both 1.1 and 2.0 APIs in an app/script to get around the API quotas be co...
Yes, explicitly working around the quota system would be considered abuse. Simply shipping an application that makes requests against both V1.x and V2.0 isn't, though I wouldn't encourage it (outside …
