Has anyone *implemented* the Stack Exchange API on top of a public database dump?
It seems that the public database dumps contain nearly all of the data required to respond to API queries.
Has anyone implemented the API, backed by a copy of the public database dump? … It would be very useful to me to have a "private" instance of the API, running locally off a database dump. If anyone has any pointers to existing implementations, please let me know! …
