How do you remove a bookmark from a StackMark category?
Presumably I should be able to click the red trashcan to remove an entry, but it currently (v1.4) appears at the top right of the box where I can't reach it:

status-completed; the report has been resolved through the implementation of a feature or the fixing of a bug.
