I've started putting together an iPhone app for stackoverflow, hopefully to expand to the other SO sites. It's not anywhere near being finished. But after reading one of the questions here about logos, design and legal stuff. I'm not entirely sure if it's ok?

I am yet to add the tags to the UI, but I have used the colours from SO exactly as well as the favourites star. Is that ok?

I was also thinking of using the site's logo at the top to the left of the word Questions. So is this ok to use the site colours, logo and Stack in the name? [1]: http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa230/warriorST/CMCapture15.png
