When I try to start it, I get an error message titled -

stackapplet.exe - Entry Point Not Found

saying -

The procedure entry point _except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll

What could be the reason behind this?

My platform is Windows XP Service Pack 2.
