@BrockAdams sorry, this was entirely my fault. The problem was that I was getting the default expiry of 24 hours which meant users needed to get a new access token every day. Getting a no_expiry token seems to have fixed it. No bug here. Could it be you had the same problem when you faced this issue in the past? :/
@BrockAdams I'll post there tomorrow, I think I should give it at least a day! :P now that's weird, the stats link shows me that the 'app removed user' is always 0, which suggests it's never auto-invalidated, which seems wrong :/
@BrockAdams lol I genuinely was thinking of adding one but it's impossible :P looks like it is a bug then, but there isn't any real way for us to debug this is there? can we access data on our application's token's? as in, can we see a history of users requesting tokens or something? that would help I think
@nicael so... a few months later... it's been added in v2.0.2 dev AP! :) Sorry it took sooooo long, I just had a massive to-do list! :/ and thanks for letting us add it in SOX! :D
@Kevin the official version is the version most people would choose: it's the version we release every few months that is stable and working. The development version is the one with new features being developed and bugs being fixed but it isn't stable and might break now and again. You only need to install one of them. If you choose one you can go into tampermonkey or grease monkey and delete SOX and install the other version :)
I'm not sure how Slack integrations work, but every user has an RSS feed of their activity (eg yours: stackoverflow.com/feeds/user/2765346)... maybe you could do something with that? There is an IFTTT Slack channel you could investigate :)
