Are these fields redundant?
Flags does not included in score in real site, so we need both.
(When someone flag it, community user put a temporary downvote for 2 days)

API having more rights than a 0 rep user.
Actually, there is timeline for any users, that can see up/down votes as well.

Questions with accepted answers
There is "accepted_answer_id" for questions method. When there is no accepted answers,that field does not exists in returned JSON. So hasAccepted is the existance of "accepted_answer_id" field.

Method /users/{id} doesn't return "about_me" if the user has never modified it
Yeah, just displaying blank string will be great.
And also same for
accept_rate
age
location
website_url
too (may be there is even some more)
