This userscript addresses the issue described in detail in this Meta.SE post.
After this userscript is installed, the auto-scrolling behavior of the SE editor will be completely disabled (not only for clicking on spoiler blocks, but also for others)
Install

Tested and works on Windows 7, Firefox v110.0 and Tampermonkey v4.18.1.
However, it should work on all modern browsers as expected.
You need to install an extension such as Tampermonkey or Violentmonkey to use it.
How it works
It works by removing the click event listener from the preview area.
The core is just one line $("#wmd-preview").off("click");.
