comment Anonymize short links
The current script will fail to act on dynamically loaded posts (new, pagination, etc.) Use an AJAX-aware technique (Timer, waitForKeyElements, Mutation Observer, etc.) to handle those.

Yes, the name can be confusing. But the nag screens and surrounding text also encourage you to read the faq when you go to post your first few questions.

InterfaceUnknown, @ᔕᖺᘎᕊ is just telling it like it is. This site is not for support of the official SE app. Also, for feature requests, downvotes don't necessarily mean that you've posted a bad question, they mostly mean that the voter personally doesn't agree with the proposal. ... ... Voting works differently for meta proposals.

comment Get the Authenticated User's email?
@pregmatch, The point is you CAN see several things that are normally private to the user; refer to the API docs for a list. (Technically, only your app should see these things. Personally looking for this info is usually a major breach of trust.) ... ... Since your app is supposed to help the user, why would you need to tell him his own email? If you need it for some other reason, ask the user directly.

comment Questions with specific tag and specific text inside questions
Please ask only one question per question. As for your webhooks question, it is safe to say that that has been dropped and will not be happening. There are several undocumented WebSockets, however.

Oh Ho! I couldn't even see that that WAS a link (already visited), due to this site's horrid visual contrast and cues. Touché. Well played, sir.

@NathanTuggy: Yes, I missed a typo, but you must admit that that article is a few "linked sources", after a fashion.
