I mean, the whole site "idownvotedyoubecause.com." It's relatively easy to add a comment and/or link to a discussion on Meta or even a favorite blog post essay (the closest analog), relative to the challenge of everything described in "How would that work?" above. A link to a meta discussion allows more voices that might point out e.g. it's helpful to post an image especially if you don't know which bits are important, but more helpful to post searchable text especially if you know what bits matter.

comment How do you get the association_id from the CC data dump?
How does the email hash correspond with association_id? Is it suitable to unify user profiles across sites, or do many people use different addresses for different sites? It looks like the only way to get this information, missing from the CC dump, would be to query the API for all users. Is that accurate, and if so what are the rate limits I need to design to use?
