StackWrap4J Java wrapper Thanks for your interest! To build the project, I just put it in Eclipse. And I know Bill uses Netbeans. I will look into putting the documentation in a more accessible place. |

I feel like Jeff implicitly said that those files are indeed throttled too. - "this is more of a theoretical problem than an actual one" (So, there is, in theory, a problem with the files being throttled) |
