I am! I'll see what I can throw together over the weekend.

I think it's safe to develop against the 2.0 release. Otherwise you end up waiting for a release that isn't even scheduled yet.

How soon is 3.0 supposed to be released?

From what I know about the changes, it will probably be best to only use some of the HTTP stuff from StackWrap4J and probably start over on the rest.

Hey, I'd be interested in getting StackWrap4J up to 2.0 standards. Would you be able to contribute your changes to the Source Forge project?

@George, I'm getting this error when trying to edit the above image - "There was an error retrieving the imgur.com URL."

Thanks for your interest! To build the project, I just put it in Eclipse. And I know Bill uses Netbeans. I will look into putting the documentation in a more accessible place.

@zengr Ok. Why are you requesting that people enter their entire URL, instead of just their ID?

Is this using the API, or does it just scrape the user page?

comment are clientaccesspolicy.xml and crossdomain.xml excluded from throttling
(@code, to be clear, I don't actually think you are hostile, I just said that you sound hostile) But, I can understand your frustration.

@code, you really don't have to sound so hostile all of the time. It's really intense. I feel like Jeff implicitly said that those files are indeed throttled too. - "this is more of a theoretical problem than an actual one" (So, there is, in theory, a problem with the files being throttled)
