I'm a 15-year-old developer living in San Diego, CA, working on the coolest stuff I can find. I am interested in neuroscience, economics, data mining, music, and photography.

What ideas do you have for the API? A great idea! This could (and should) be later combined with whatever the Team has planned for their own "chat" system (described in blog.stackoverflow.com/2010/04/…). |

Is there a way of querying how much of the API limit has been used? I think that these RateLimit headers should be documented. Also, I believe that Twitter's API, for example, uses this header approach, as well as a /status method. Shouldn't we implement the latter, too (having /status not count against the rate limit, of course)? |
