@neilfein Regarding following (and most other features), I sadly don't have a lot of time for that. New exciting job. I'll try to get back to this when I get a free weekend. (And I welcome collaborators, of course.)

@neilfein Thanks for the feedback! As I mentioned in the post, I'm not a designer and couldn't produce better icons.

2) Another trick: if you hover your mouse over notification, it won't disappear until you move the mouse away.

2) Display time can be configured in growl: System Preferences -> Growl -> Display Options -> notification type (e.g. Bubbles) -> duration

1) You can choose the tags you'd like to be notified about: see the second screenshot in the post.

comment How to license applications?
@ViTo Yes. You can post an application, but not release its code. This app has closed sources, for example.

comment How to license applications?
@ViTo Note, that MIT license actually do allow redistribution (and a lot of other things) If you don't want anybody to change your code, it might be easier to just not release it.

comment How to license applications?
@ViTo If license says something's not allowed, then nobody will be able (legally) to do that.

comment How to license applications?
@ViTo How to get license text? You can try wikipedia (MIT) or just google it.

@Isaac Rep change notifications work for all accounts (except area 51, I guess).

@Isaac It's getting all, but only top 3 are displayed (for the people who have dozens 101 accounts). I'll probably make number of accounts displayed customizable in next version.

@Achu No, sorry. It seems that developing for linux is a whole different area and I don't have time to dive into it right now (I'm still trying to find time to finish this application). But if there's any way of porting cocoa apps to linux, you're welcome to do that :)

@Tassisto Of course, just don't select anything in "Questions for" section.

@Tassisto One of them. Another goal is to be notified when people post questions on interesting topics.

@Tassisto That's not an error, although I see how it's confusing. That's your Stack Exchange flair. Normally it shows user's picture and SO profiles with above 200 rep, but you seem to have neither. I'll think what can be done about it in the next versions, but be assured that everything runs.

@Tassisto Where does it say that? Also, I repeat, there's no installation.

@Tassisto It doesn't have to be installed. Just install growl and copy it to apps folder. And yes, I run it on 10.6.6. If something fails, please tell the details.
