My operating system of choice is Ubuntu, though I also dual-boot Windows. By profession, I am a software developer and I work with C++, Python, and (more recently) Go. I enjoy tinkering with different things like motion tracking in Blender, creating an Android app for time-lapse photography, or writing Linux kernel modules.

- 2buntu - community blog that I sometimes contribute to
- NitroShare - a cross-platform network file transfer utility
- REST Easy - Firefox add-on for analyzing HTTP responses

@KTC: What's it like? Is it that new thing Google was talking about? Where can I see a demo?

Ya. Consider this: a user visits a page that makes an API request via AJAX without a key. Suddenly, through no fault of theirs, they are limited to 300.

I don't think that's a viable solution... especially for the end users.

@KTC: jsoncpp has the same requirements as my wrapper and will therefore run on anything that my wrapper runs on.

Then I guess it goes hand-in-hand with my Gnome applet.

Am I safe if I mention: "...this product uses the StackOverflow API but is not endorsed or affiliated with StackOverflow...?"
