@hhh: this was from over a year ago... my app is no longer online anyway, it basically did what you can now see here: stackexchange.com/leagues

comment When does the judging take place?
@Dave: yes, your app/lib needs to be listed on the app tab, but the judging criteria is not related to your position on there. You could be #100 and still win if the judges believe your app/library is the most "awesome".

comment When does the judging take place?
@systempuntoout: it states the judging criteria on Jeff's original blog post: "The entire Stack Overflow, Inc team will ultimately decide the winners based on order of awesomeness " It says they'll look at the votes, but it doesn't have to be the "winner" in terms of votes.

comment How to format an url-friendly slug for question urls
It's actually using '-' as the word separator, but I agree that you can just as easily come up with your own version. It doesn't actually matter what you put after the ID, it just gets ignored anyway.

comment Does an access using the API count towards the user's consecutive days total?
@Vicky: StackAuth is way to find Stack Exchange sites and their corresponding API URLs (among a few other things). It's useful if you're building an app that works with all SE sites.

comment Is there a way to determine total number of upvotes and downvotes (etc) for a user (regardless of reputation cap)?
That is, similar to what http://stackoverflow.com/reputation returns.

Isn't that just the total number of up/down votes the user has given? I was looking for the history of the up votes, down votes, accepted answers, bounties, etc that the user has received (regardless of the reputation cap - /users/<id>/reputation takes the daily cap into account)

@InfinitesLoop: that's my idea as well, just as a way to identify yourself via your name rather than ID. Of course, there's some people with the same name, but in my experience they're a minority and it's easy to show a list of all the people with the same name if that's the case.

comment On /users method id parameter does not work
@systempuntoout: To do a vectorized list of users like this: /users/23234;241462. Though you're right, according to the documentation id=23234;241462 should work as well.

comment Stacky - A .NET client library (Full support for API v2.0)
@lfoust: Fair enough. I'd prefer the exactMatch=true way as well...
