I am a software engineer in Sydney Australia. I have worked with most popular technologies and frameworks - C++ on Windows and Linux, Objective-C, ASP.NET, node.js, python and ruby.

I have experience working in Financial sector, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, media and GIS.

Currently I am working at nearmap.com as a senior developer/architect/team lead.

If that were the case StackAuth responses would include X-RateLimit-Max and X-RateLimit-Current headers, which they don't. As far as I can tell, it ignores the key request parameter all together.

Yes, the vectorized lists should definitely be in the parameter part of the URL, so that you are able to request any number of ids without worrying about the request succeeding.
