Could we add “has_tag_wiki” and “has_tag_wiki_excerpt” flags to the tag info API?
Currently the only way to check for existence of tags wikis and tag wiki excerpts is to fetch their actual contents using the tags wikis API
/tags/{tags}/wikis
But this returns the entire text ...
