I'm in my final year of a computer science degree. For my thesis I have implemented a classifier that predicts the usefulness of answers to questions with no accepted answer, based on a training set from labeled answers extracted from the Stack Exchange data dump.

I have written a Chrome extension that displays the answers to a question ranked according to the classifier.

Are there any stack overflow users will to get involved as beta testers?

Ideally testers would add the extension and use it as the use stack overflow.. in the extension popup there will be an option to state whether the answers marked as useful were in fact useful, so clicking that would be whats expected. Possibly a survey, but most likely not – tecknut Mar 6 at 12:53
