Stack Apps is a question and answer site for apps, scripts, and development with the Stack Exchange API. It's 100% free, no registration required.

Is there any Chrome extension to block ads selectively instead of blocking them across all sites?

I like Google Ads and would like to support most of the websites and blogs, however there are some site (mostly filesharing, imagehosting or forums) which are over-done with ads. Thus, I would like to block ads selectively only for these sites.

In options of AdBlock under customize tab, there is an option "show ads everywhere except for these domains..." but I wasn't able to use wildcards in it. Also, with AdBlock updates, the list is cleared.

Questions on Stack Apps are expected to generally relate to the Stack Exchange API, applications that use it, or scripts that work with Stack Exchange. See the FAQ for guidance on how to improve it.
