Is there a way to get the StackOverflow user_id exposed in order to possibly link it to other site profiles from within our app?

What do you mean by Stack Overflow user_id? Are you referring to the user_id of a specific user? Do you want to find all of their associated accounts? – George Edison♦ Jul 29 '11 at 7:05
