The application is currently in the planning phase.

Written in Qt, the application runs on all major desktop operating systems (Windows, Linux and OS X).

Code

The source code is available in the Mercurial repository at the Bitbucket project.

The code is C++ and uses Qt, so make sure to grab a copy of the Qt SDK if you don't have one.

I just spent around 30 minutes mocking up a TweekDeck app I was considering making in WPF and also targeting Silverlight for Windows Mobile 7 - but it looks like you beat me to it.

I think TweetDeck is WPF but I might be wrong, but the mockup I came up with is below. My own view is this would be easier to do in XAML but you obviously lose the Linux and Mac desktop capabilities then.

Can't hurt to have more than one. Competition is good. If you target silverlight with your WPF stuff then your mac and Linux are supported. – Soviut May 31 '10 at 17:40
Qt supports declarative UI too. TweetDeck is written in Adobe Air. I'll start coding this app this week. – Mircea Chirea Jun 1 '10 at 17:04
